Durable and Low MaintenancePolished concrete floors are incredibly durable. They can withstand constant heavy machinery movement and are less vulnerable to damage than other industrial floor options like epoxy flooring. This means they are also easy to maintain – the polishing process makes polished concrete floors resistant to scratches and stains, eliminates concrete dust release, and these floors can be washed with water alone.

Safe, Flat SurfacesDespite their sleek appearance, polished concrete floors provide the kind of traction industrial employees need. These floors can also be ground to be completely flat, which is crucial in industrial health and safety. This is ideal in industrial spaces where bumps and lippages in floors can cause fork lifts to dangerously drop their loads.

POLISHED CONCRETE - BRONZE LEVEL
With this fine honed upper layer of concrete floor, Bronze is the simplest polished concrete. The aggregate exposure is not visible. This level of polish produces a smooth and matte surface finish with a slightly lower resistance to wear. Our Bronze level is best in applications with limited wear and low traffic. POLISHED CONCRETE - SILVER LEVEL
Silver level polished concrete is slightly less glossy than our Platinum level as the grinding depth is the same; however, there are less polishing steps. Concrete surface at this level is very strong and resistant with matte to semi-gloss look. |
POLISHED CONCRETE - GOLD LEVEL
Our Gold level polished concrete is not ground as deep as with Platinum level; however, the floor is polished to the same gloss. It is often refereed to it as "Salt & Pepper" look. Gold level is good choice for concrete floors that are already in great condition and are smooth and even. POLISHED CONCRETE - PLATINUM LEVEL
Platinum level of polished concrete that our company offers is our best and it provides premium features and benefits. Concrete floor at this level is ground deepest of the four levels, has high gloss and large amount of aggregate exposure which makes it super resistant to wear and damage. Platinum is the most popular surface finish and is an excellent choice for high-end establishments in retail, showrooms, and other places that desire modern and durable floors. |
It is Stain and Tire Mark Resistant
Due to the concrete pores being closed up during the polishing process, tires can’t leave their mark on a properly hardened, densified, and polished concrete floor. Spills will stay on the surface longer, giving you time to clean them up. Remember, the floor will be stain RESISTANT, not stain proof. Diligent care will ensure a floor that looks beautiful for many years. |
LEED Credits
These LEED credit references are for the suggested applications. The applicant is ultimately responsible for determining the product attributes that will help achieve L.E.E.D. certification. Under the categories suggested, the concrete flooring process can assist in obtaining a maximum of five L.E.E.D. points when the overall design meets or exceeds the L.E.E.D. building performance standards. It takes a minimum of 26 points to gain a L.E.E.D. certification for your commercial facility. |
